Superhotjoy asked Disturbance Design to make the packaging visibly African so they shot them amongst stuffed African wildlife at the local museum. Well, what could be more African than lions, zebras, and dehydrated flora?
The hard bound book digipack features four Polaroids of the band. The case has a clean, polished look which complements the colorful and artsy Polaroid pictures.
I think they’re trying to pull-off a stunned look. As if they just transported to Africa (what the f*&^ am I doing here?) or as if they’d become dead meat if they make the slightest movement with those animals around.
But Garett is the only one who executed it well.
Michael looks bored and lifeless.
And Kieran seems a bit cranky because the pictorial is taking too long.
