Here is an adorable DVD packaging student project by Joy Zhu on a Wes Anderson Film Festival. I think that if Wes Anderson would see this, he’d definitely hire Joy in an instant. Every element shows Wes Anderson’s distinctive style.
“I created a world from my perspective, which however still inherits the spirit of his films —It is the quirky relationship among the characters that makes his films so unique. Then I set up several scenes for the little paper puppets and tried to tell some stories. I played with the light and shadow to create different effects by experimenting photography. “

James Hill is a veteran of the music industry. He first worked at Warner Reprise Records then later joined Interscope/ Geffen Records where he managed producers and songwriters and got his first platinum record for Keyshia Cole’s The Way It Is.
