The foil pack may seem like it’s something that only goes well with a box of cereal or a bag of chips. However, take a look at how foil packs are used as CD packaging. Awesome or what?
Audible Visions Foil CD Packaging
The foil bubble wrap not only gives this album a bit of sleek, industrial look, it also protects the CDs inside especially since it’s only packaged in a soft cardboard wallet. It’s the same as Bosco’s “Spectrum” Gold Foil CD packaging. On top of all these reasons for having this kind of packaging, the recipients would surely have a helluva good time popping those bubbles.

SPIRITUALIZED- Floating in Space
The pill style trays for the album ‘Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space’ were packed under strict pharmaceutical manufacturing conditions. Each blister contained a 3 inch CD featuring one of twelve tracks which had to be popped through foil in order to be played.
MF DOOM
MF Doom’s Limited Edition release is packaged in a foil wrap that makes it look like an item you can purchase from a grocery store.
KAISER CHIEF’S FOIL – Education, Education, Education & War
Kaiser Chief’s album comes in a vintage-looking container with tins, foil packets and plastic packages each bear the band’s name and the title of a different song on the album. Pretty rad.
