There are so many ways to package a CD than just putting it in a standard jewel case. A round CD packaging is one of them.
It could be made of tin or thick cardboard or even wood. What’s so wonderful about them is that they’re unique so they’ll definitely stand out over the average CD packaging.
Here are some round CD packaging you can get inspiration from:
The Bird and the Bee CD Packaging
This is one awesome student project by Michael Miller. Included in the tin box are the CDs, the complete booklet, and four stickers.
Very sleek and colorful. This is a great inspiration if you need to create a CD packaging with multiple discs.
Everything That Happens Will Happen Today
When we talk about round tins CD packaging, we cannot not include the Sagmeister-designed masterpiece for Brian Eno’s album.
It’s such a thing of beauty that even if you don’t like the music, you’d buy it for the CD case. See more pictures of this beautiful CD packaging here.
This CD packaging was done by a Korean pianist, by the name of Yiruma. His album is titled “The Sunbeams They Scatter”.
Although the packaging looks very classy, I think it’s too spacious for just one CD.
Discovery Travel and Living Dimsum
Ain’t this a great promotional CD packaging?
TLC, as you may already know it, is a travel and cooking show. What better way to package a CD than in this Chinese dimsum container?
